  • “Services” include but are not limited to coaching, workshops, learning paths, energy-based practices, and speaking engagements.

  • “Client” or “You” refers to anyone who engages with our services, whether free or paid.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Revealing Colors provides personal coaching, energy-based sessions, workshops, learning paths, and speaking engagements. Our offerings are designed to guide individuals toward deeper self-awareness, transformation, and empowerment.

2.1 No Guarantees

Our services support personal growth and clarity, but results vary. Success depends on your commitment, perspective shifts, and personal application of insights. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2.2 No Therapy or Medical Advice

Revealing Colors provides coaching and energetic guidance but is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or offer medical care. If you need medical or psychological support, please consult a licensed professional.

2.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to engage in coaching or workshops unless otherwise stated. If purchasing services on behalf of someone else, you confirm they meet eligibility requirements.

3. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Payment Terms

  • Payments for coaching, workshops, and learning paths must be made in full before the start of the service unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

  • Secure payment processing is handled via Stripe.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • Coaching Services: Non-refundable once coaching begins. If a client decides not to continue, refunds are not issued for unused sessions.

  • Workshops & Learning Paths: No refunds for missed or unattended workshops or self-paced courses.

  • Speaking Engagements & Custom Bookings: Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated with advance notice.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Private Coaching: Requires at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

  • Workshops & Group Offerings: Cancellations are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person with prior approval.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, including coaching materials, meditations, worksheets, and workshop recordings, is the intellectual property of Revealing Colors.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

  • Any unauthorized use of materials may result in legal action.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results.

  • You agree to engage in services with openness, integrity, and personal accountability.

  • Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward the company, its representatives, or other participants may result in termination of services without a refund.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

  • Client sessions are confidential. However, testimonials or success stories may be shared with explicit permission.

  • We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

7.1 Personal Responsibility

By engaging with Revealing Colors, you acknowledge that your progress and results are your responsibility. Coaching, workshops, and other services are tools for transformation, but personal action is required for lasting change.

7.2 No Liability for Outcomes

Revealing Colors and its owner, Julie Larkins, are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to business, financial, emotional, or personal decisions.

7.3 Technical & Website Issues

While we strive to maintain a smooth online experience, we are not responsible for technical issues, third-party platform disruptions, or website downtime.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any legal claims will be handled under the laws of Maryland, U.S.A..

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
